Teenagers live as if they’re invincible. But we know they’re not. And their hearing isn’t either. A new research study found that almost half of the teenagers in the United States have suffered from “ringing, roaring, buzzing or pain in their ears after engaging in risky hearing practices, including listening to excessively loud music, and using lawn mowers and power tools with no hearing protection.”
